Frequently Asked Questions

About Humanity Recalibrated

What is Humanity Recalibrated? Humanity Recalibrated is a living practice space devoted to remembering coherence, presence, and shared humanity. Through circles, conversations, and practices, we explore how awareness, care, and intentional participation can reshape how we relate to ourselves, one another, and the world we’re part of. This work is not about self-improvement or fixing what’s broken. It’s about returning—again and again—to what’s already here beneath habit and conditioning.

Is this religious or affiliated with a specific tradition? No. Humanity Recalibrated is spiritually informed but not religiously bound. The work draws from mindfulness, embodied awareness, relational practice, and lived inquiry. People of all backgrounds, belief systems, and levels of experience are welcome.

Circles & Participation

What are circles? Circles are shared practice spaces where we slow down, listen inward, and practice presence together. They are not classes or therapy sessions, but lightly held gatherings that support awareness, coherence, and connection. Different circles emphasize different orientations—some more reflective, others more experiential—but all are grounded in the same intention of remembering wholeness together.

What’s the difference between Recalibration Circles and Ripples of Joy? Recalibration Circles offer a spacious, emergent space for grounding, reflection, and re-orienting how we meet life. Ripples of Joy focuses more explicitly on cultivating joy, gratitude, and appreciation as lived, embodied practices—without bypassing the reality of being human. Both are complementary entry points into the same field of practice.

What if I’m new to this kind of work? Perfect — these circles are designed for all levels. You don’t need prior experience with meditation, energy work, or spiritual practices. Just come as you are.

Do I have to share or speak during circles? No. Sharing is always optional. Silence is participation. Listening is participation. You’re invited to engage in ways that feel aligned with your capacity in each moment.

Do I need to attend every week? No. These are drop-in gatherings. Come when you can, and you’ll always be welcomed into the field.

How many people are in each group? Most circles include 8–20 participants. If a group gets too large for meaningful presence, we occasionally use breakout rooms to ensure everyone has space.

What should I bring? Yourself. Your breath. Comfortable clothing. A journal if you like. Nothing else is required.

What happens in the monthly community call? The monthly community call, Recalibration in Conversation, is a lightly structured gathering for grounding, shared inquiry, and lived questions. We typically begin with a brief settling practice and then open into conversation—sometimes guided by a reflection or question, sometimes shaped by what’s alive in the community.

Financial dāna is one way energy circulates to help sustain the time, care, and resources that hold this work with integrity.

Is this therapy or a replacement for professional support? No. Humanity Recalibrated is not therapy, coaching, or medical treatment. While many people find the practices supportive, this work does not replace professional care. Participants are encouraged to seek additional support when needed.
